Trust and legal-reference release
- Added a visible research-prototype status and public editorial boundaries.
- Centralized review dates and clarified the difference between the law's publication date and CyberMela's page-review date.
- Added the complete 18-item Article 7 duty index, Article 16–20 licensing guidance and Article 22–23 enforcement guidance.
- Improved Amharic typography, dual-calendar legal dates, semantic tables, navigator selection states, print output and sharing metadata.

Search and navigation refinement
- Rebuilt site search with ranked results, common synonyms, keyboard navigation and a mobile search view.
