Intent-led navigation and current-law release
- Rebuilt the homepage around four visitor intents and moved short answers directly below the opening section.
- Added a current legal map for laws already in force and narrowed the 1426/2026 guide to its stated article coverage.
- Separated the official-notice result from contextual navigator indicators and added a visible free-to-paid boundary.
- Added plain-language definitions, consulting package details, Amharic route parity and an organizational experience statement.
- Corrected stale search anchors and standardized INSA naming across public routes.

Trust and legal-reference release
- Added a visible source-led editorial status and public authority boundaries.
- Centralized review dates and clarified the difference between the law's publication date and CyberMela's page-review date.
- Added the complete 18-item Article 7 duty index, Article 16–20 licensing guidance and Article 22–23 enforcement guidance.
- Improved Amharic typography, dual-calendar legal dates, semantic tables, navigator selection states, print output and sharing metadata.

Search and navigation refinement
- Rebuilt site search with ranked results, common synonyms, keyboard navigation and a mobile search view.
- Centered desktop navigation and prioritized the official incident-reporting route.

Initial source-led release
- Published the English and Amharic information architecture, proclamation guide, incident-reporting guide, official-source directory and applicability navigator.
